Record Description : This file contains the application, woods inspection form, map of area, agreement and certificate of classification. These documents are the basis of tax reductions under the Ohio Forest Tax Law. The agreement form is a copy; the original is sent to the county auditor along with the original certificate and copy of the map. The remainder of the file maintained by the Division is original. This document is transferred to a withdrawal file when the agreement is terminated.
