The primary information included in these reports includes changes in the experience modifier (EM), reported payroll and estimated payroll at application. The report also contains any changes in status for the employer such as transfers, combines, ect. This information contained in this file is also used to determine the adjusted premium for an employer who participates in the Retropective Rating Program.
