Record Description : The Statistical Reports are monthly reports which provide metrics for tracking, trending and/or monitoring key performance indicators for service delivery, environmental and electrical status and other conditions for the Information Technology Infrastructure. Metrics may include, but are not limited to, tally of online and hardcopy pages dispersed to the units, levels of completed requests with promised due dates, metrics for environmental, electrical and other conditions The Statistical Reports are maintained electronically by the Infrastructure and Technology (IT) Department.
