Record Description : Electronic database containing case log and case file information. Case log information includes consumer''s area code and telephone prefix, city and county of residence, and text of record. Case file information contains detailed accounts of consumer contacts, providing such information as consumer name, address, date of inquiry, description of issue, follow-up with utility company (if necessary), and description of contact between staff and consumer. File traces contact from receipt to resolution.
Note: Paper records of consumer letters pertaining to cases are also retained, if applicable.
