Record Description : This series contains copies of Donation Screening List (Form 120 - State Screener's Report) which is produced by the government holding agency and lists available surplus items. Lists indicates property stock number, the turn-in document number, condition of the item(s), number of items, the price of the items and the release date, acquisition cost, set-aside date and nomenclature, then uses a Transfer Order Surplus Personal Property ( Form 123) requesting the property available listed on the Form 120, transferring the information used from Form 120 to Form 123. Signature from GSA is required. These forms comprise the record of all property procurements by FSP.
