Record Description : Application files for non-Ohio psychologists who apply for the "30-day permit." ORC 4732.22 (B) allows psychologists licensed in another jurisdiction to practice in Ohio for no more than 30 days per year without the Ohio license. The psychologist is required to file an application and forward specific documents under certain circumstances. The "year" is a rolling period of 365 which begins on the date affixed to a letter of approval from the Board and expires 364 days later.
