Record Description : Voyager is the accounting system for FleetOhio, a comprehensive fleet management information system that allows organizations to capture and analyze all costs associated with owning and operating a fleet of vehicles. Series covers account files, paper and E, for Fleet purchasing and billing records. Account information consists of monthly inventory files that become billing units. Voyager billing units are monthly inventory files (896 files) pulled from Voyager, which is the fiscal accounting mainframe, and are used to interact with account holder invoice files (865 files) from Fleet Commander that are uploaded from FleetOhio.
