Record Description : When state or political subdivisions acquire vehicles to be used for government or proprietary functions, they apply for vehicle registration and license plates. The registration contains: License number, owners name and address, co-owners name/code, vehicle year, make, type, serial number, title number, odometer reading, purchase date, issuance date, expiration date, tax district, county code, old application number, new application number, deputy name, agency number and location. Distribution: Original copy - Registration is filed by application number in Gratis Unit with application. 1st and 2nd carbon copy - Mailed to applicant.
