Record Description : In accordance with section 4510.31 of the ORC, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles shall suspend the probationary drivers license issued to any person who has committed two to three moving violations prior to the persons eighteenth birthday. In order to comply you must complete a juvenile driver improvement program, pay a thirty dollar reinstatement fee, and at the end of the suspension, purchase a temporary permit packet and retake the complete driver license examination. All incoming correspondence relating to an individual suspension is stored in the image case folder.
