Record Description : A judgment is a civil action taken as a result of damages or injuries caused in a motor vehicle crash. In order to have your driving and registration privileges reinstated, the individual must satisfy the judgment by paying all damages in full or they must make arrangements for paying the damages. They must also file and maintain financial responsibility insurance with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in the form of an insurance certificate (SR-22) or a financial responsibility bond for a period of three to five years from the effective date of suspension. All incoming correspondence relating to an individual suspension is stored in the image case folder.
