Record Description : Generator certificates are issued to generators of 50 pounds or more of infectious waste in any one month who submit an application to Ohio EPA. The transporter certificates are issued to anyone who transports infectious waste in the state of Ohio that submits an application to Ohio EPA. Generator and transporter certificates are renewed every 3 years.
