Record Description : This file contains official documents from ORDC bi-monthly Commission meetings and includes such items as agendas, resolutions, approved project briefings, scopes of work, minutes and audio tapes.

Retain entire packet on-site for a period of five (5) years. After the 5 year period, destroy all documents in the packet with the exception of the Approved Project Briefings, Resolutions, Minutes and audio tapes. Retain these items for an additional two (2) year period, then microfilm.	To allow access to historical funding information. Retention of the entire packet is unnecessary after a period of 5 years. Only the items previously identified should be kept beyond the 5 year period. Remaining portions of the packet should be destroyed.	Paper	Shred
