Record Description : Exams which are graded by the Division of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) are taken on scantron sheets. Exams administered prior to 2002 included firefighter certification exams, fire safety inspector exams, EMT refresher exams, and instructor certification exams. Since 2002, only instructor certification exams are scanned by the Division of EMS. The answer sheets included the individuals name, mailing address and social security number, in addition to their answers to the exam questions.
