Record Description :  All documentation associated with the random drug testing program including: random testing rosters, tracking logs, positive tests, negative tests, and reasonable suspicion drug/alcohol testing of DPS employees. The employer will comply with all provisions of the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 and the Federal Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988.

For negative test results, retain for two years plus the current year, then destroy. For positive results retain for five (5) years plus the current year from the date of the positive test, or the expiration of the Last Chance Agreement, whichever is longer.
