Record Description : These are agency building blueprints that are "infrastructure records" as defined by ORC 149.43. The blueprints disclose "...the configuration of a public office''s critical systems including, but not limited to,...electrical, mechanical, ventilation, water, and plumbing systems...". A record that is an infrastructure record is not a public record, however, a public office''s disclosure of an infrastructure record that is necessary for construction, renovation, or remodeling work (e.g. to a contractor) on any public building does not constitute public disclosure. These blueprints will be kept in the Maintenance Dept.in locked cabinets with "SECURE DOCUMENTS" marked on the cabinets.
