Record Description : These are inspections and investigations of pesticide/fertilizer producers, dealers, and users by Department of Agriculture personnel where ODA finds no violations of Ohio Pesticide/Fertilizer Law. This includes but not limited to paperwork and report forms. The frequency of the inspections at a given location depends on what problems, if any, are found. In addition, these records include when the Pesticides Enforcement section of the Department of Agriculture does an investigation when a consumer calls the agency with a complaint involving a possible misuse of a pesticide.
