Record Description : (A) These files are used to administer and enforce the provisions of Chapter 4729 of the Revised Code. The principle purpose of these files is for the enforcement of the Pharmacy Practice Act, the laws governing the legal distribution of drugs in Ohio and provide a standard automated processing procedure for renewal of pharmacist licenses. (B) These files contain information regarding continuing education programs approved for continuing education credit with respect to: (1) Name and address of the sponsor; (2) General title and the date presented; (3) Type of presentation and contact time spent; (4) Amount of credit approved and accepted by the Board; (5) Approval code number assigned by the Board.
