Fifty years storage is required because these are the original copies of the Director of the OEPAs actions and the only existing copies on record. Lengthy retent- ion is justified especially in cases where a wastewater treatment plant is constructed (e.g., the plant could exist for up to 50 yrs or longer before it is rebuilt or destroyed.
