Retain in operating area 5 years, store offsite in SRC for 50 yrs., then destroy.	50 years storage is required be- cause these are the original copies of the Director of OEPA's actions and the only existing copies on record. Lengthy retention is justified especially in cases where a wastewater treatment plant is c constructed (e.g. the plant could exist for up to 50 years or longer before it is rebuilt or destroyed).
